I have to first admit that I am new to the gun ownership world. Second, that this review is based solely on the company's customer service performance and not on the product - as I haven't used the Glock 19 mags (17 rnd) yet. So, future product review will be forthcoming. Anyway, being a novice and not wearing my glasses, I inadvertently ordered 15 rnd mags instead of the OE 17 rnd mags. Product was in transit when I sent an e-mail to ETS asking for help. MG, with ETS responded the very next morning with clear direction on next steps. Everything worked perfectly and MG's follow up was the best I've dealt with as a consumer in recent years (and I came from that sector in my professional life). So, if you are concerned about a company's customer service stated goals, look no further than ETS to significantly exceed your standards. I hope this helps in who you seek out as a retailer/supplier. I know buying on-line scares me at times and I've been burnt in the past. Good Shooting!!!
