These magazines will work great for the range or backups but i dont recommend for tactical. They are durable, load easy and well made right here in the great US of A. The interlock system works great and locks together while taking a beating. Im guessing eventually you'll  need to tape them to keep them locked due to wear on the nobs that lock together. Ultimately, while they are durable and the interlock system is great , unfortunately, all 4 mags i purchased are sticky in the mag well. I tried 6 different rifles. From my newest rifle to my oldest, and with every mag in every rifle i have to giggle them to get them out. Definitely not ideal to be struggling with a mag change during a tactical situations. Although i know it will rightfully void any kind of warranty, Im going to try a few things to fix this issue.

I love this Mag. Loaded up two right out of the shipping box. Put about 300 rounds through both. Durable and great. The coupling system is so easy to hook and unhook. holds great. Watch out for your dust covers, one broke when a loaded mag fell out of my shooting bag.

Typically I like to couple my magazines or I like to have larger magazines, but it does have some disadvantages. The mechanical system that combines a magazine isn't easily attached or removed and it does put some pressure on the outside of the magazine, allowing for some failures in the future if tightened too much. Now Elite Tactical Systems has really thought ahead with this design. The couple magazines are designed with two couples one on each side. The one on the left side attaches to the right side coupler and vice versa. So this way you can daisy chain your magazines with as many mags as you want. In other words, one or two magazines are typical, but you could easily put 5, 6, 7, or 8 magazines together, in which case you'd have what's similar to a M-249 SAW magazine pouch in weight and size.
